Details about the agreement
The agreement will develop in three phases: of these, only the first has been defined in detail.
Within the first 42 days they will come 33 of the 98 hostages freed kidnapped by Hamas at the beginning of the conflict. The currency of exchange is represented by 1,650 Palestinian prisonerswho will be released from Israeli prisons as the army gradually withdraws from the Strip.
Subsequently, 600 trucks of humanitarian aid per day will be admitted within the territory, also thanks to the reopening of the Rafah crossingin Egypt. From the sixteenth day onwards, the details of the second phase will be established, during which the last hostages will be released.
The third phase will instead be dedicated to reconstruction and the installation of a new administration.
