The philosophy of the “Regena” polyclinic, which combines care about health and beauty, it fits naturally into my way of thinking. I think so health and inner satisfaction are the basis of all outer beauty, just as art comes from within, from sincere emotion. Through my role as a protective face, I want to inspire women to recognize the importance of self-care, because only a healthy and satisfied woman can fully express her inner and outer self.her beauty.

  • Throughout your career, you are focused on art, which requires precision and emotion. Do you find similarities between art and medicine, especially when it comes to caring for yourself and others?

Absolutely, art and medicine have a lot in common, especially when it comes to precision, dedication and an emotional approach. Art requires attention to every detail and authentic emotion to touch people, while medicine, through health care, encompasses a similar dedication to the individual. Both callings seek a deep understanding of the human being, both on a physical and emotional level. I believe that self-care, just like art, is an act of loving yourself and others – something that inspires and starts.

  • How do you balance between the demands of the opera scene and personal health and beauty concerns? Does “Regena” play an important role in this?

Balancing between the demands of the opera scene, which requires excellent physical condition, emotional stability and aesthetic presentation, and personal care for health and beauty is not always easy, but it is extremely important. I believe that self-care is a basic prerequisite for success on and off the stage. I am glad that from now on the “Regena” polyclinic will support me in this process, because in one place I can find expertise and services that meet my needs, whether it is preventive examinations, health advice or treatments that refresh my look and give me extra confidence.
