The new AI button in Gmail will make writing emails much easier

Society Google again pushes its boundaries and into the application Gmail pre Android brings a new “Insert” button on the panel Gemini. Information about the function was provided by the portal AndroidAuthority. This novelty promises to simplify and speed up writing e-mails with the help of artificial intelligence. What exactly does this feature offer and how can users take advantage of it?

The new feature makes writing emails easier

Button “Insert” serves as a shortcut for adding AI-generated responses directly to an email draft. After clicking the button, the suggested text is automatically added as a reply in the email, thus relieving us of the need to manually copy and paste the text. This process significantly speeds up writing e-mails, saves time and makes communication more efficient.

Panel Gemini already offers advanced artificial intelligence functions, such as summarizing email conversations, searching for information from older emails or linking to events in Google Calendars. Although it was possible to generate suggested answers, users had to add them manually. The introduction of the “Insert” button greatly simplifies this function and resembles the “Help me write” tool available in the interface for writing new emails.

Regarding the availability of this feature, Google he did not state restrictions for specific regions, which suggests that it could be available in Slovakia and throughout Europe. However, we have not been able to make this function available and test it yet.
