Nintendo has officially announced the Nintendo Switch 2.
The new product is very similar to the original, but the Joy-Con controllers are now black with colored inserts. The controllers are larger than those of the first Switch, and they magnetically attach to the console.
The rear stand is now U-shaped. And there’s a new button on the right Joy-Con.
The docking station for Switch 2 has a more rounded design. There will also be a separate controller grip that you can snap the joy-cons into.
So far, the company has only demonstrated the design of the device. Nintendo will reveal more about the console at a Nintendo Direct on April 2nd. Release this year. (The Verge)
