Prosthetics manufacturer Motorika announced the opening of an office in New Delhi, the capital of India. This step will allow the company to develop work with clients and partners in the local market, the press service of Motorika told RB.RU.

“The opening of our office in India is a consistent step in the development of Motorika in the region, which will strengthen our presence in the market and commitment to providing people with amputations with affordable and high-quality prosthetics,” said Andrey Davidyuk, CEO of the manufacturer.
He noted that the company’s Indian office will become a hub for selling products in South Asia and a point of interaction for research in the field of neuroprosthetics with local universities, including the University of Kanpur and the center of the Higher School of Economics at the University of Delhi.
Currently, Motorika cooperates with more than 25 clinics in key Indian states, including Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The company’s New Delhi office currently employs 10 people.
In December 2024, the press service of the Moscow Venture Fund reported to RB.RU that it had invested 100 million rubles in the prosthetics manufacturer. The money was provided in the form of a loan for a period of two years and will be used to prepare the company for an IPO in 2026.
In the same month, Motorika bought 50.1% of the manufacturer of strollers for people with disabilities, LLC Special Equipment Plant. General Director of Infoline-Analytics Mikhail Burmistrov estimated the transaction amount at 300–350 million rubles.
Po data Rusprofile, in 2023, the revenue of Motorika LLC amounted to 1.9 billion rubles, increasing three times compared to 2022. The company completed the year before with a net profit of 636 million rubles.
