The development intended for the embedded systems market is considered a renovation of Raptor Lake.
Intel is not making a big deal about its latest CPUs, codenamed Bartlett Lake-S, which are already being shipped to their partners within the embedded systems segment. This means that even though we are talking about models with LGA1700 casing, they are not actually available in a separate form, they are only available as complete solutions intended for the target market.
Bartlett Lake-S itself is not really new in the strict sense of the word. In essence, it is a renovation of the Raptor Lake design, and mainly the energy efficiency has improved, although the physical production technology has not changed. In the first round, Intel will deliver three CPUs to its partners, their parameters are detailed in the table below:
Type | P-core Clock / Maximum clock | E-core Clock / Maximum clock | Number of threads | L3 cache | Consumption (TDP) |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
7 251E (8P+16E mag) | 2,1/5,6 GHz | 1,6/4,4 GHz | 32 | 36 MB | 65 W |
5 211E (6P+4E mag) | 2,7/4,9 GHz | 2/3,7 GHz | 16 | 20 MB | 65 W |
3 201E (4P+0E like) | 3,6/4,8 GHz | – | 8 | 12 MB | 65 W |
Since the developments are not available separately, there is no list price either, but it is certain that Congatec will build designs for the embedded systems market.
