These two national teams are quite evenly matched

Slovenia and Canada will play the LAST match of today’s program of the men’s volleyball tournament at the Olympic Games in Paris (9:00 p.m.).

Although they are not among the main favorites for a medal, these national teams have something to hope for at the Olympics. Both of them are of good quality, they have several excellent players and can be an unpleasant opponent for any national team.

Also, Slovenians and Canadians have excellent coaches, the former is led by George Kretu, and the latter by Tuomas Samelvuo, managers who rank high on the list of coaching experts in the volleyball world.

Tonight’s rivals are quite even, their receivers are of similar quality, as are their correctors, but the Slovenians have an advantage in the position of midfielders and technicians, which can turn the match in their favor.

Slovenia and Canada have already met this season, they played a very uncertain game in the League of Nations at the end of May when the “dragons” won 3:2 in sets, and we believe that tonight will be interesting too, that we will watch at least four, if not all five sets and therefore we suggest that the point limit will be transferred.
