Lions for Sport Entertainment Category Grand Prix
For the Entertainment Lions for Sport category, the Grand Prix winners are… the Orange brand and the Marcel agency, in the subcategory: Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships & Collaborations. In this campaign, “Women’s Football”, Orange and Marcel decided to take on (male) football fans at their own game. In the spot, we see a video collection of the best plays of the French men’s team, while in reality – thanks to a few tricks – the plays belong to the French women’s team. This anti-prejudice campaign proves that women defend themselves just as well as men on the pitch.
