US President Joe Biden has presented plans to reform the country’s highest court. The proposals include introducing term limits on how long judges can serve.
Joe Biden also wants to amend the Constitution to eliminate presidential immunity.
In an article in the Washington Post, Biden argues that no one should be above the law.
“This nation was founded on a simple but important principle: No one is above the law. Not the President of the United States. Not a Supreme Court justice,” Biden writes.
