A two-year-old boy from Britain was dancing with his older sister when his mother was away at work. Then he was overwhelmed by the television and died.
Youngster Carter Wallace was fatally injured in the accident at his home in Wigan, Manchester. A short time later he was taken to the hospital seriously injured and there he breathed his last.
Neighbors said the child’s mother was at work and had left her sister in charge of watching the child. As soon as the incident became known, policemen, nurses and an aerial vehicle of the rescue crews rushed to the house.
One resident said: “We saw a lot of police and ambulance activity but we didn’t know what it was at the time. Now that we know, the news is terrifying. I am very sorry for the family.”
