We will discuss with the guests of the show how to start digitizing business processes in the first place, which processes to digitize first and how it would be wise to select them. We will find out if there are some universal criteria for this or if it is still a choice based on the company’s own field of activity and maturity.

We will also hear from the program guests about their own practice, whether it is possible to save costs with digitalization and at the same time increase the company’s productivity. The guests of the program talk about their practical experiences and explain with real-life examples what is the most difficult thing about digitalization and what is definitely worth considering when starting the not-so-easy journey of digitalization.

Romet Rahuoja, the CEO of the technology company Mooncascade, Margus Muld, the chairman of the board of Vireen AS, and Hardi Tamm, the board member of Piimaklaster MTÜ, will be visiting the show. The show is hosted by Äripää theme websites raamatupidaja.ee and palgauudised.ee business manager Mare Timian.
