Original Czech streetwear brand My Dear
Clothing designer Zbynka Štandera comes with news for this summer. The central motif limited collection Summer 19which tries to fight against fast fashion, is the current bleak situation on our planet. Therefore, in the new collection you will also find an Apes tee, from the sale of which part of the money will go to the protection of the earth and animals.

The new collection will contain a total of 11 products in a limited number of a maximum of 40 pieces of each design. Here you will find new styles of Henley shirts with short and long sleeves, linen shirts, swimwear, shorts, towels, key rings, weekender bags and denim caps. The only exception will be the Apes tee, which will be available in multiple pieces. For this product, 200 CZK from each piece sold will go to a foundation focusing on the protection of the earth or animals.

Summer 19 proti Fast Fashion

The My Dear Clothing brand fights against the fast fashion trend, where most big brands produce their products as quickly and cheaply as possible in countries with cheap labor. “All products from the new collection are produced exclusively in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We used GOTS certified colors for printing. During the production of this collection, we also tried to be as eco-friendly as possible, and we definitely want to stay that way in the future.” describes Zbyněk Štander.

Summer 19

The new limited Summer 19 collection was once again created in collaboration with Martin Furch from FVNK bags, who took care of the handmade accessories. The Tomahawk Bohemia brand also collaborated with the My Dear Clothing team.
“Thanks to this connection, we will also offer hand-sewn caps from selvedge denim in the summer collection, which Vítek from Tomahawk Bohemia has sent directly from Japan.” describes Zbyněk. The new collection also includes a lookbook and a video with the young man Czech model Šimon Kotyk. Lookbook again photographed by Benedikt Renčwill take care of the video this time Marek Jarkovský.
