In this way, physical pain was caused to him, a subcutaneous hemorrhage was caused on his forehead, that is, A. Mikelionis slightly disturbed the victim’s health.
For such a crime, A. Mikelionis was threatened with public works or restriction of freedom, or arrest, or even deprivation of liberty for up to one year.
He did not admit guilt
During the trial, the accused did not admit his guilt for committing the crime he was charged with, he stated that he did not commit a criminal act, that he had no intention to hit A. Pitkauskas and that he did not hit him.
A. Mikelionis testified that on that fateful day he was visiting his life friend A. Rakauskaitė, when her ex-husband brought their common daughter home.

As the accused testified, when he approached the open window of the driver’s side door, A. Pitkauskas immediately pointed the phone in his hand, which he used to film, at him, started provoking a conflict, using obscene words, saying “f*** out of here”.
The accused said that in order to get A. Pitkauskas to stop filming him, he only raised his left hand to grab and knock out the phone he was holding. When he saw that the phone had fallen out of his hands, he allegedly walked away from the car, but A. Pitkauskas continued to scream and call him all kinds of obscene words, provoking a conflict.
Demanded 5 thousand. euros
The victim, A. Pitkauskas, demanded a fine of 5 thousand from the accused. EUR non-pecuniary damage.
