The company Titluri Quality SRL, owned by Radu Budeanu, acquired from Mediamex Investment SRL the Mediafax brand and the media products bearing this name: the website, the photo agency and the news feed.
The transaction was approved on January 8, 2025.
Mediafax, founded by Adrian Sârbu in 1991 as the first independent news agency after the Revolution, is the most important and respected provider of information for the media and end consumers.
Mediafax was and is perceived as the most credible media brand in Romania, an academy of the profession, where hundreds of journalists have learned and expressed themselves.
