Baked potatoes according to Jamie Oliver’s recipe will be crispy, golden and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
- potatoes, quantity as desired
- oil or butter for the pan
- a little olive oil for the herbs
- 1 sprig of rosemary, leaves
Preparation:
Boil whole potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes and drain them. Pour oil into the pan to cover the surface, or if desired, put butter for a slightly crispier crust. The trick is to arrange the boiled potatoes in a single layer in the pan.
Bake for half an hour in an oven heated to 180 degrees C, until they get a golden color. Remove from the oven, then take a potato masher and gently press the surface of the baked potatoes. Place the rosemary leaves in a bowl and cover them with olive oil and vinegar, then add a couple of cloves of garlic. Mix and spread over the potatoes in the pan. You can also add thyme and bay leaf, if desired. Put everything back in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
