The Augšdaugava region self-government invited residents to a meeting at the Ilukste Culture and Art Center to discuss the project for the development of the Jesuit monastery complex and the public shore of the Ilukste River. Information about this is posted on the website of the Augsdaugava Regional Duma.
The discussion will take place on January 16 at 18:00 on the street. Brivibas, 12. The goal of project No. 5.1.1.3/1/23/A/035 “Development of the Jesuit monastery complex and public external space along the banks of the Ilukste River” is to provide local residents with an attractive place to spend leisure time with loved ones.
The surrounding area of the Ilukste River has the potential to become a place where people of different generations can meet, relax in nature and spend time together. The recreation area organized here will contribute to the revitalization of the territory.
