- 100 g prince

- 150 g of cooking chocolate
- 50 g prince

Preparation:
Beat the chestnut puree and room temperature butter into a creamy mixture. Add biscuit, sugar and combine. The mixture needs to stick to your hands, so if necessary, add a little more biscuits. Make balls of the desired size and arrange them on a tray. Put them in the fridge to stand for one hour. Glaze: Melt the chocolate, butter and oil over low heat until combined. Dip the balls in the glaze and arrange them on parchment paper. If you want to decorate them with crumbs, do it until the chocolate hardens.
