A juicy delicacy and a perfect combination of coffee and chocolate

It’s really easy to make, and serve it with – what else but a cup of nes or homemade coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet “nescafe 3 in 1”
  • 200 g of ground walnuts
  • 200 g of ground biscuits
  • 100 g of coconut
  • sugar to taste
  • 100 g of butter or margarine
  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 l of milk
  • 50 g of cooking chocolate

Preparation:

1. Cook the pudding, and when it cools down, mix margarine, ground nuts, “nes kafu”, 50 g of coconut, milk and ground biscuits into it. Knead the mass well so that it is not sticky, roll it out on aluminum foil and shape it into a roll.

2. Cover it with the chocolate glaze you made earlier and put it in the fridge to harden, then sprinkle it with the remaining coconut later.
