A large dog that was loose ran after a cyclist in Tornio and bit the cyclist’s leg.
The situation happened when the off-duty police officer intervened in a man’s pickpocketing in a store located on Kiviranta in Tornio after 8:00 p.m. on Sunday evening.
The pickpocket had a large dog with him.
The dog has been loose both in the store and outside the store.
While the dog was outside the store, a cyclist drove past Isopalontie and the dog went after the cyclist and grabbed the cyclist’s leg.
