The Metropolitan Prosecutor’s Office is about this in his statement it says, according to the essence of the indictment, the man – who previously worked in a senior position at a state body – viewed and downloaded pornographic recordings depicting the sexual exploitation of minors from the Internet, and then kept the contents obtained in this way on his laptops at work and at home. Among the recordings, there were several that depicted the torture or use of violence by a person under the age of 12.
The district prosecutor’s office suggested that the court sentence the defendant to prison and – in addition to being banned from public affairs – permanently prohibit him from practicing occupations involving minors. The District Prosecutor’s Office accuses the man of the crime of child pornography committed by obtaining a pornographic recording containing the torture or use of violence of a person under the age of 12. The man was previously under arrest, and is currently under criminal supervision with a tracking device.
