Checks, maintenance and repairs are necessary for the good health of commercial vehicles, but they take time and prevent customers from using their vehicles. This is how the German firm created Mercedes-Benz Mobile Service, a mobile workshop for Mercedes-Benz vansboth for professional and individual customers.
The latter can now have predictable services carried out, such as maintenance, inspection and repairs from their Mercedes vans, directly to their professional premises or on their private land.
Until now, the star brand used Mercedes Vitos as mobile workshops for private customers in Germany, the United States and Norway. The service is now developing with the arrival of the Mercedes Sprinter, and is aimed more at professionals in Germany, Austria, Spain and Denmark. The service will be offered later on other European markets.

It is possible to have a wide range of maintenance operationssuch as diagnostics, software updates, as well as the replacement of wearing parts such as brake pads and filters, including fluid changes. Some small repairs can also be carried out: windows, exterior mirrors, bumpers, taillights, etc.

Inside the Mercedes Sprinter mobile workshops, we find systems of shelves and drawers allowing for numerous tools and devices, as well as a stock of original spare parts. A system of pont mobile also allows working under vehicles weighing up to 5.5 tonnes.
