The Spanish manufacturer is opening orders for the new 204-horsepower eHybrid plug-in hybrid engine for the Cupra Terramar.

The range of Cupra Terramar expands with the arrival of a new 204 horsepower eHybrid plug-in hybrid engine.

The 204 hp eHybrid engine arrives in the catalog

The 204 horsepower eHybrid plug-in hybrid engine combines the new gasoline unit 1.5 liter TSI to an electric motor as well as a battery, with a net capacity of 19,7 kWh.
This new engine for the Cupra Terramar aims to ensure driving pleasure while being respectful of the environment, with a range in 100% electric mode of more than 100 km. The battery can be recharged at direct current fast charging stations with a power of up to 50 kWas well as at home on an 11 kW Wallbox (the maximum power was 3.6 kW previously on this engine).
The 204 horsepower eHybrid engine therefore joins the Cupra Terramar catalog, orders for which were opened on September 3 on the occasion of the 37th edition of the America’s Cup. Cupra’s new SUV also comes with a 5 year warranty as standard, i.e. 2 years of manufacturer’s warranty followed by 3 years or 100,000 km of warranty extension.

Cupra Terramar eHybrid 204: prices

The Cupra Terramar equipped with the 204 horsepower eHybrid engine, coupled to the six-speed DSG6 dual-clutch gearbox, is only available in “V” finish: it is available at a beginner’s price from 55,600 eurosor 569 euros per month for an LOA contract (rental with option to purchase) with contribution over 37 months and 30,000 km, with maintenance and 5 years of warranty (2 years manufacturer’s warranty + 3 years of warranty extension or 100 000 km) included. The offer is reserved for individuals.
As a reminder, at the entry level, the Cupra Terramar V eTSI Hybrid 150 hp DSG7 is priced starting from 47,500 euros, or 499 euros per month for a LOA contract. A more powerful 272 horsepower eHybrid version is also available, still associated with a six-speed DSG6 double-clutch gearbox, with the VZ finish starting at 59,800 euros, or 659 euros per month for a LOA contract, but also on the series special America’s Cup (limited to 1,337 copies) from 63,750 euros, or 719 euros per month for a LOA contract.
