80 PLUS Gold certified units offer both ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5 compliance.

Chieftec has announced the release of a new power supply family: the VEGA series, which currently only includes two members (750 and 850 watts), has an 80 PLUS Gold certificate and complies with the ATX 3.1 standard, as well as PCIe 5 support.
In terms of their internal structure, we can expect DC-DC technology and LLC resonant half-bridge topology, in addition, the manufacturer also emphasized that they tried to leave the cabling particularly long (the 24-pin main ATX connector was at the end of a 60 cm cable whip) so that even in larger machine houses there should be a problem with the drainage. We mention right away that this cabling is not modular, which already indicates that the VEGA series does not compete in the top category. The 750 watt version has a recommended price of 90, and the 850 watt bigger brother 100 euros. Cooling is provided by a 135 mm fan with hydrodynamic bearings, and the warranty period is two years. Regarding their more important specifications, we can count on the following:
