A new Karma concept will be shown on August 16th

Remember Karma Automotive? The brand, which until a few years ago was American and created the Fisker Karma sedan, is now owned by China and no longer has anything to do with Fisker. It will present its new model on August 16th at the Monterey Car Week a concept with a name GT-UV Design Study.

The goal? To show the design of the cars of the future, which will be very aerodynamic. Here’s everything we know.

A super sedan

La concept GT-UV Design Study will have the task of inaugurating the new stylistic language of the House.

Looking at the very few photos published on the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages, it appears clear that this style exercise that anticipates the next sedan from Karma Automotive will have a very aerodynamic design, especially at the front, thanks to full LED headlights integrated into the body design and apparently covered when not in use.

Along with them, again according to the three published photos, there should also be a curved and very inclined glass windshield, connected to a very low and sloping roofline. No information yet, however, regarding the rear, which could have both a streamlined sedan look, like the electric car produced by the company today, the Gyesera, but also a sports coupé, like the 1,180 HP Kaveya concept shown in November 2023.

In this first phase, the Chinese company has not disclosed further information on the matter, postponing the appointment, as anticipated, to next August 16 at The Quail event at Monterey Car Week.
