A new Norwegian major owner for Siili | Bond

Norwegian insurance company Protector Insurance flag Hedgehog Solutions -its holdings rose above the five percent flagging limit to 7.84 percent.

The main owner of the IT service company Siili is Braden family Lamy Oy:n through with 15.99 percent ownership. Protector Forsikring immediately made an effort to become the second largest owner, a pension company Ilmarinen, Timo Luhtaniemi and a pension company Elon before.

Protector Forsikring is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. In addition to Norway, it operates on the Swedish, Danish, Finnish and British markets. Providing construction consulting services Sitowise also reported that in August, Protector Forsikring’s ownership rose above the five percent limit to 6.85 percent.

According to Tietopalvelu Holdings, Protector Forsikring is also a large owner of companies on the Helsinki Stock Exchange Innofactorissa and at Verkkokauppa.com.
