Ingredients:

  • 500 g kora
  • 600 g of potatoes
  • 1 head of onion
  • dry herbal spice
  • so
  • pepper

For topping:

  • 1.5 dcl of oil
  • 2, 5 dcl vode
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Saute the onion in a little oil. Remove from heat and add grated potatoes and spices. Mix well. Combine oil, water and salt. Arrange 2 crusts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and pour the prepared mixture over them. Spread the filling over the crust. Repeat the process until you use up all the material. Pour over the last crust. Bake the burek for about 20 minutes in an oven heated to 200 degrees. Pleasant! (table)
