In accordance with the provisions of Article 103, paragraph 3, point 1) the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM) obtained data on the availability of radio frequencies for the needs of analog transmission from the Regulatory Body for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) and based on the submitted data The Council of REM has announced a public tender for issuing licenses for the provision of free access radio media services via terrestrial analog transmission in the local and regional areas.
The last day for submitting an application to the Public Competition is September 16, 2024

In the same letter, RATEL informed REM that less than twenty radio stations were left out, due to the need for additional analyses, which REM will be informed about later.
After RATEL has submitted data on available radio frequencies, the Council of REM will announce a new public tender.
