Ingredients:
- For the crust:
- 6 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 300 g of flour
- 500 g of cleaned, defrosted cherries
- 1 baking powder
- 100 ml of milk
- 3 teaspoons of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- For file:
- 750 ml of milk
- 2 vanilla puddings
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g margarine
- For the glaze:
- 200 g of cooking chocolate
- 2 spoons of oil
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat margarine foam with sugar. Add the egg yolks one by one to the milk, then the flour mixed with the baking powder. Then add the beaten egg whites and mix gently. Pour half of the mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper. Add cinnamon and cocoa to the second half, then pour over the yellow mixture in the pan. Apply the drained cherries. Bake for about half an hour, in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Cook the pudding with milk and sugar according to the instructions on the bag, then let it cool at room temperature. Stir occasionally. Beat the margarine with a mixer until foamy, then add it to the cooled pudding, spoon by spoon, beating with a mixer. Spread the filling on the cooled cake and let it cool for one hour. Melt the chocolate with the oil in a steamer. Pour over the cake, then make waves with a fork.
