A simple lunch that is quickly prepared

Potatoes are often used in cooking because you can use them to make a variety of dishes. You can use it as a side dish, to make dough, salad… We suggest you try this recipe as well.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of mushroom
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 onion
  • 700 g of potatoes
  • parsley

Preparation:

Fry the chopped mushrooms in a little oil in a pan, and when they soften, add the peppers. After 5 minutes, add the chopped onion and fry until everything is soft. Remove the vegetables from the pan, pour a little more oil, then add the finely chopped potatoes. Cover and fry for about 5 minutes. Remove the lid, add salt and stir, then fry for another few minutes. Return the vegetables and stir, then fry until the potatoes are done. At the end, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
