A black Tesla Model 3 Highland caught fire in the parking lot of the Sklavenitis supermarket in Agia Paraskevi, Attica on Sunday afternoon (22/9), as a result of which the American car was extensively burned at the back.
According to the first information the Model 3 was connected to the charging station operating in the parking lot of the supermarket.
However, observing and judging from the photo, it is not the battery that has burned but the rear of the car, while the fire was extinguished relatively quickly, assuming that the fire was caused by some other factor. Maybe, from the charging cable, some short circuit.
Fire brigade vehicles were found at the scene, with the fire being brought under control.
