Olomouc – On the D35 highway near Nákla in Olomouc this early evening, a truck crashed into an empty parked bus. One person was slightly injured in the accident. The highway was closed for more than two hours due to a collision between a truck and a bus in the direction of Olomouc. Traffic was diverted to secondary roads near Unčovice. Shortly after 7:30 p.m., traffic on the D35 near Nákla was restored in the left lane, according to information from the Directorate of Roads and Highways.
According to photos on social networks taken from the scene of the accident, the truck crashed into the rear of the parked bus, which is heavily damaged. The cab of the truck on the passenger side and one half of its trailer, on which the pallets of goods were stored, were also damaged. Debris from vehicles covered the road nearby. Firefighters are on the scene to clear the road. A specialized company was called in to transfer the cargo from the crashed truck.
