Ingredients:
- 12-14 paprika
- eggs 5
- milk 4 dl
- red onion 2 heads
- mixed minced meat 500 g
- champignons 500 g
- tomato juice 2 dl
- dry seasoning to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- a little basil
- flour as needed
- oil as needed
Dressing:
- sour cream 2 dl
- eggs 2
- a little milk
Preparation:
Arrange the peppers in a pan and bake until done. Then cover them with a cloth and let them cool. Peel them and make fillets.
Make a mixture like for pancakes from eggs, milk and flour, but make it thicker. Place the peppers soaked in the thick pancake mixture on the hot oil, then arrange them on paper towels to absorb the excess fat.
During this time, stew the minced meat on the onion, add the finely chopped mushrooms and after 15 minutes of stewing, add the tomato juice. Season and let it cook a little.
Oil the pan and put a row of fried peppers, then a row of meat with mushrooms and so on until you use up all the material.
Make a mixture of eggs, cream and milk and pour it over the cut moussaka so that the topping gets into the moussaka. Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
