The Harju County Court imposed a business ban on company liquidator Lauri Hansberg, the man himself considers the County Court too emotional and does not see any fault in himself.
“I will definitely appeal. Since it has not entered into force, that is how it is,” said Hansberg. If he does not file a complaint, he will have to resign as a board member or liquidator in a total of 539 companies on December 12, when the business ban comes into effect.
