His fourth podium of the season marked a welcome return to form for Acosta, after crashing out in both races at Mizano, and lifted the 2023 Moto2 world champion ahead of fellow KTM rider Brad Binder in their battle for top-placed rider status not he drives a Ducati.

“But we’re getting closer and closer.”
Acosta will join the factory KTM team next year, which will be led by Aki Ajo.
“I said since Thursday that this is a good track for us and KTM, so I’m happy because I was able to finish the race”he thought.
“At Mizan we had a good pace and I was competitive, but in both performances I fell. I tried to catch him but I had a moment on lap 16 that allowed him to pull away again, so I say maybe it’s better to have second place but another fall.”
Shortly after Acosta finished his performance, race control released a message stating that he Spanish driver under investigation for potential violation of tire pressure rules MotoGP.
