The Russian authorities have announced that two firefighters died in the battle with the flames.
Shortly after a drone attack on an oil base in Engels, Russia bombed Zaporizhzhia on Wednesday, killing at least 13 people and injuring more than 100.
The governor of the Saratov region, Roman Busargins, stated on the “Telegram” platform that, according to experts’ assessment, it will take some time until the fire burns out. He said that the fire in the residential house is not a threat.
The authorities declared a state of emergency in Engels on Wednesday.
