BANJALUKA – The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska paid out jubilee awards to its members yesterday on the occasion of 30 years of service, after several months of delay, and after CAPITAL pointed out this problem.
More than 130 members of the MUP of the RS who have spent their working life in this institution since November and December last year was waiting for the payment of the jubilee award in the amount of three average salaries or about 5,000 KM and finally received it.
For this reason, in March of this year, the Trade Union of the MUP initiated a labor dispute before the Agency for Peaceful Resolution of Labor Disputes.
On Monday, July 15, Minister Siniša Karan promised that the prizes would be paid that day or the next day, but the money was not deposited into the users’ accounts until Friday.
