DAPURPACUID – AION Indonesia officially presents Aion Y Plus which is used as a Grab Premium transportation fleet, the result of a partnership with Grab Indonesia.
Appointed as the main fleet, this online public transportation service operates exclusively at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Banten, as of this month (December 2024).
Grab Premium is a service in the exclusive transportation category that prioritizes comfort, the latest technology and the best driving experience for passengers.
CEO of AION Indonesia, Andry Ciu emphasized that the choice of Aion Y Plus was a strategic step and AION’s commitment to the use of renewable energy in the Indonesian transportation sector, through collaboration with Grab.
“As an electric vehicle with the latest technology, the Aion Y Plus not only offers comfort and performance, but also environmentally friendly solutions that are relevant to today’s needs,” he added.
The various advantages embedded in this fully electric car launched by China are claimed to be in line with the need for premium transportation services offered by Grab.
These advantages can be seen from the modern and futuristic design, giving a luxurious and exclusive impression. This car can accommodate up to five passengers but still provides a spacious and comfortable cabin.
Apart from that, the Aion Y Plus is also equipped with features such as a smart screen, panoramic sunroof and a sophisticated entertainment system, which can increase comfort and provide a premium driving experience for passengers.
From the performance sector, electric cars with magazine battery 2.0 technology offer high energy efficiency, providing a distance of up to 490 km on a single charge.
In the safety sector, it is supported by features such as electronic stability control (ESC) and anti-lock braking system (ABS), ensuring passenger safety during the trip.
This car is also equipped with ADiGO Pilot (AION Digital Intelligent Gateway and Operation), a sophisticated system that utilizes radar sensors and cameras to assist the driver in driving. (dpid/TH)
