Airport Railroad Corporation and Thailand’s Asia Era One announced on the 25th that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at the Asia Era One headquarters in Bangkok to strengthen the development and cooperative relationship between the two companies.
The signing ceremony was attended by 11 key figures, including Acting President Kim Jong-dae of Airport Railroad Corporation, President Sarit Jinnasith, and Chief Operating Officer Sara Cheng.
‘Asia Era One’ is a railway operator that operates the City Line route connecting the airport and the city center from Suvarnabhumi International Airport to PHAYA THAI Station.
Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to strengthen the railway operation capabilities of both countries and seek mutual cooperation measures by ▲promoting joint promotional marketing ▲mutual promotion using online and offline media ▲mutual exchange activities in the areas of management, service, and technology.
Kim Jong-dae, acting president of Airport Railroad Co., Ltd., said, “As of May of this year, the number of travelers visiting Korea and Thailand reached 950,000, and this number is continuously increasing.” He added, “Through this agreement, both companies will cooperate with each other as representative airport railroads in each country and continue to strive to provide better railroad services to passengers.”
