Actor Aku Hirviniemi went out of the public eye for a long time when the inappropriate text messages he sent to various women became public.
He returned to the stage at the weekend.

For the morning post in his interview, Aku Hirviniemi admits that he is an alcoholic. He tells the magazine that he applied for the 28-day Minnesota treatment in December of last year.
– A big part of the problem has been my substance abuse problem. In December of last year, I kind of gave up and went to 28-day Minnesota-style treatment, Aku Hirviniemi tells Aamuposti.
– Now I can think that it is a very good thing that my inappropriate behavior came to light, because after that I realized that I have to change my ways of working and my behavior, Hirviniemi says in Aamuposti.
