DAPURPACUID – At the year-end event GJAW 2024, PT Aletra Mobil Nusantara, officially launched its first product in Indonesia, ALETRA L8 EV, a 7-seater MPV type electric car.
ALETRA L8 EV is a product of strategic collaboration between PT Aletra Mobil Nusantara and LIVAN Auto, part of the Geely Auto Group, using the same base as the Geely Jiaji & LIVAN Maple 80V whose technology is mature and has been produced in thousands of units with long range by consumers .
A number of special adjustments from the initial Geely Jiaji & LIVAN Maple 80V models include changes such as enlarged dimensions of 106 mm, increased number of seats from 5 to 7, installation of double blower AC with 2 compressors, telescopic steering wheel, wireless charging feature, redesigned dashboard console, size LED display from 10 inches to 12.4 inches, larger wheel size to 18 inches, ambient light feature, and other features.
ALETRA L8 EV comes in 2 battery variants: a variant for short distance (Short Range) at 415 Km and a variant for long distance (Long Range) at 540 Km which is priced starting from IDR 448 million, with Short Blade Bulletproof Battery technology capacity of 64.7 kWh, with a battery guarantee of 8 years/500,000 Km.
The Short Range variant is priced starting from IDR 415 million, with LFP Battery technology with a capacity of 50.4 kwh with a battery guarantee of 8 years / 200,000 Km.
ALETRA L8 EV’s “Active Comfort Suspension” technology provides a comfortable driving experience, the suspension is sophisticatedly designed to reduce shocks when the driver passes bad roads. There is no need to doubt the performance with a top speed of 160 km/h, maximum revolutions per minute (maximum rpm) of 12,000 rpm and a time of less than 11 seconds to reach a speed from 0 to 100 km/h.
With quality and safety being the main concern, a number of safety features have been embedded in the ALETRA L8 EV, such as 4 airbags, ISOFIX (International Standard Organizations Fix) for child safety, ABS (Anti-Lock braking system), EBD (Electronic brake-pressure distribution), BA (Brake assist), TSC (Traction control system), VSC (Vehicle stability control), and HAC (Hill-start assist control) Elegant appearance that combines futuristic style with design Slim and sturdy is also the attraction of the ALETRA L8 EV.
