The range of Citroën continues its renewal: let’s take stock of the main new herringbone models that we should see arriving in 2025.

Citroën C3 and C3 Aircross: two renewals in 2024

This year, the French firm launched two new models in the B segment of city cars and urban SUVs: the Citroen C3 and Citroen C3 Aircrosswho return with a whole new generation. For the first time, the French city car is being marketed with a 100% electric engine, which complements a micro-hybrid gasoline unit in the catalog. The model notably features the new Citroën logo, and a new look inspired by the 2022 Oli concept car, with headlights with an unusual light signature, cubic lines, and even a high driving position.

Its price promises to be attractive, starting at €19,300, and its electric battery has no less than 320 km of autonomy. The new C3 is also available in C3 Aircross, an SUV quite close to its city version, but offered in a version with up to seven seats on board. Here too, we find a 100% electric engine of 113 horsepower, a gasoline engine of 100 horsepower, as well as a micro hybrid version of 136 horsepower. These two new products of the year will continue their marketing in 2025, a year which should also see the appearance of other models from the higher segment.

The restyled Citroën C4 and the new C5 Aircross in 2025

In 2025, several new C-segment models will be launched at Citroën. THE Citroën C4 and C4 X restyled should in fact experience their first full year of marketing: they stand out with their new revisited style, a larger instrument cluster (now 7 inches compared to 5 inches previously), as well as the 130 horsepower diesel engine which is definitely making its mark. reference.

The real novelty of the year 2025 will be a new generation of the SUV Citroen C5 Aircrossannounced in the form of a concept car at the last Paris Motor Show. Resolutely modern, it will feature more muscular and imposing lines than the current generation. Its dimensions will in fact be larger, with no less than 15 cm more in length, to reach 4.65 meters. Based on the STLA Medium platform shared with the new Peugeot 3008 and Opel Grandland, the C5 Aircross should have 136 horsepower micro hybrid gasoline engines, 210 and 320 horsepower electric engines, without forgetting a 195 horsepower plug-in hybrid.

And as for the other models from the herringbone firm, the suspensions with progressive hydraulic stops as well as the Advanced Comfort seats should always be there.
