The Alpine A290 is available to order and, at the launch, it is also being offered with the A290 GTS First Editiona limited series of 1,955 units with prices starting from 46,200 euros. This special edition pays homage to the creation of the brand by Jean Rédélé in 1955 and is based on the GTS level, delivers 220 hp and is equipped with a 52 kWh battery with a range of up to 380 km (WLTP).
The Alpine A290 price list starts from 38,700 euros for the A290 GT. The A290 GT Premium has prices from 41,900 euros; the A290 GT Performance from 41,700 euros and the A290 GTS from 44,700 euros. Two power variants, 180 hp or 220 hp.
Alpine A290, the trims
The price list includes the A290 GT, starting at €38,700; the A290 GT Premium, starting at €41,900; the A290 GT Performance, starting at €41,700, and the A290 GTS, starting at €44,700.
The A290 GT, with a 180 hp engine, comes standard with Michelin Sport EV tires and 19” Iconic alloy wheels. There is an 11 kW bi-directional AC charger on board and can reach 100 kW in rapid DC charging. The blue interior is upholstered in TEP, enriched by a Nappa leather sports steering wheel and the French flag on the dashboard. This first level offers, among other things, heated front seats, privacy glass, automatic climate control and ambient lighting as standard. Then there is the Alpine Portal system, with a 10.1” high-resolution display, complete with Google Automotive Services with Google Maps, Google Assistant and Google Play; Adaptive Cruise Control and Parking Camera.
The A290 GT Premiumwith a 180 HP engine, is recognizable by its contrasting black roof with a matt blue profile and Brembo Blue Alpine front brake calipers, offers Alpine Drive Sound and the Devialet audio system as standard. The interior is in Nappa leather with Alpine stitching and monograms, the steering wheel is heated and then there is the induction charger for smartphones and the frameless electrochromic rearview mirror.
The A290 GT Performancewith a 220 hp engine and equipped with Alpine Telemetrics, stands out for its red Brembo front brake calipers, Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tyres and black styling elements, such as the monograms and Alpine logo on the front fenders.
The A290 GTS combines the A290 GT Premium features with the 220 hp engine. It features all the equipment of the other levels and is differentiated by the 19” Snowflake black wheels and the red Brembo front brake calipers. Equipment includes: Devialet audio system, Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tires, contrasting nappa leather interior and Alpine Telemetrics Premium.

A290 GTS First Edition, from 46,200 euros
The A290 GTS First Edition (1,955 specimens worldwide with a 220 hp engine) has a Deep Black body colour, a roof with a blue profile, blue brake calipers and 19” Snowflake wheels with a gloss black finish fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tyres. Inside the upholstery is in Nappa leather and there is a 615 W Devialet audio system with 9 speakers, the “Première Edition 1 out of 1955” interior plaque and the “Première Edition” floor mats.
As an optional (1,400 euros) there are three liveries:
- First Edition Beta: reference to the A290 show car with contrasting Blanc Nival bodywork, black roof, exclusive striping and 19” diamond-cut wheels with blue wheel covers. The chrome Alpine monogram and Alpine logo on the front fenders are matt anodized Blue.
- First Edition of The Blue: contrasting Alpine Vision Blue bodywork, black roof, exclusive striping, red brake calipers and blue hubcaps, as well as 19” Snowflake diamond-cut wheels with aerodynamic discs.
- First Edition The Grey: contrasting bodywork in satin Schisto Grey, black roof, exclusive striping, blue brake calipers and wheel covers and 19” semi-diamond-cut wheels.
