Three weeks after its presentation at the Chengdu motor show, the new Zeekr 7X SUV has already recorded nearly 60,000 orders.

Zeekr 7X: this family electric SUV is a success
The new Zeekr 7X SUV has already recorded more than 58,000 ordersthree weeks after its presentation at the Chengdu show in China. The Geely group welcomes the success of the distant cousin of Smart #5 at Zeekr, its premium brand dedicated to electrified vehicles.
Based on the SEA (Sustainable Experience Architecture) platform which also equips Volvo models as well as the Smart #5, and with five seats on board, the Zeekr 7X has been designed for families: it extends over a length of 4.83 meters1.93 meters wide and 1.66 meters high, all with a wheelbase of 2.93 meters.
It stands out for its generous habitability, as well as no less than 32 storage spaces on board, without forgetting a 616 liter trunk. THE rear seats are particularly welcoming, with seats equipped with leg support cushions for total relaxation, touch screens above the aviation tablets, as well as a central armrest equipped with a touch screen allowing you to control the air conditioning, and the seats heated and ventilated.
A concentrate of technologies
The on-board infotainment system is equipped with a Qualcomm 8295 chip, while the driver assistance and autonomous driving systems use LiDAR, high-definition cameras and radars, all managed by two Nvidia Orin-X processors.
Built on an 800V architecture, the Zeekr 7X is powered by powerful electric motors with silicon carbide semiconductors, allowing it to swallow the 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds. The detailed technical sheet has however not been communicated by Zeekr, but the first information from China suggests a power of around 420 to 640 horsepower depending on the version.
Two battery levels are offered: a first LFP (lithium-iron-phosphate) battery of 75 kWh offering a range of 605 km according to the Chinese CLTC cycle, as well as a second NMC (nickel-manganese-cobalt) battery of 100 kWhoffering a range of 780 km according to the Chinese CLTC cycle. LFP batteries are compatible with ultra-fast recharging, allowing you to recover from 10% to 80% of autonomy in only 10 minutes !
Launched at a price of 229,900 yuan (approximately 29,400 euros) in China, the Zeekr 7X should arrive in Europe in 2025.
