DAPURPACUID – Last weekend, members of the Altis Indonesia Community (ALTIC) held a one day trip touring activity in Sari Ater, West Java (20/7).
Approximately 50 Corolla Altis units of various ‘ages’ participated in the event, where they came from various chapters in the Jabodetabek area and also West Java.
At the event, 100 ALTIC members campaigned for the spirit of ‘It’s Time for Everyone’, by holding a carbon neutral activity by planting 100 pine seedlings in the Sari Ater Plantation area.
Not only that, ALTIC also introduced the concept of ‘Redefining Safety Ride With Left Lane Campaign’, which re-socializes the importance of safe driving on toll roads.
In the campaign, ALTIC emphasized its commitment to an orderly ‘left lane campaign’, where the left lane of the toll road is intended for slow vehicles, while the right lane is for overtaking.
“We hope that through this activity, members can participate in supporting carbon neutrality,” explained ALTIC General Chair, Muhammad Febriansyah Ibrahim, in his official broadcast, Tuesday (30/7).
“At the same time, they can also transmit this spirit to their colleagues and relatives. It’s time for all levels of society to participate in supporting carbon neutral activities,” he concluded. (dpid/TH)
