Amazfit smart ring cheaper by thousands and canceled subscriptions

The market for smart rings is constantly growing and more and more technology companies are developing the tiny wearable product. This year, Amazfit, which is also popular in the Czech Republic thanks to its sports smart watches, decided to compete with well-known names such as Oura. The price of her Helio Ring has now dropped by thousands, and canceling the subscription makes the ring an even more attractive piece.

Amazfit Helio Ring probably with the original price of 299 dollars/euros or official Czech price of CZK 7,490 was not attractive enough for many consumers. Especially when many functions became available to users only after subscribing to the Zepp Aura or Zepp Fitness services, which cost an additional several hundreds per year.

Foreign servers drew attention to the fact that the Amazon Helio Ring is now priced at $199, and it is not just a temporary promotion. The change has not yet taken effect in the manufacturer’s Czech e-shop, but if you would like to order the ring immediately, you can head to the German Amazon. Features that were previously locked behind a paywall are now made available to everyone for free. Former subscribers can then request a refund. “We’ve heard feedback and are now offering all Zepp Aura and Zepp Fitness features to new and existing ring users for free for life,” said the Amazfit representative for the server Android Central.
