Amazing success: SpaceX’s huge space rocket was caught with robotic arms –

The latest Starship launch has been successfully completed.

The fifth test flight of the world’s largest space rocket, SpaceX’s Starship, took place over the weekend. The super-heavy rocket system was launched from the aerospace company’s headquarters in South Texas, and the operation was a success. One of the primary goals of Elon Musk’s space company is to get people to the moon and then to Mars, and Starship plays a prominent role in this.

The current test flight is crucial for the future, as it was the first time that a space rocket was successfully guided back to the launch pad after deployment. THE The Verge according to his report, the missile was intercepted by two robotic arms called “chopsticks”.

The previous tests yielded variable results, but the Starship was already successful on its third trip, although the landing was not without problems in this case either. Based on experience so far, SpaceX has redesigned Starship’s heat shield for the current test flight, among other things, after parts of it fell off during the rocket’s return in June.

Originally, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) would not allow the fifth flight until next month, but the institution and its partner agencies completed the necessary tests faster than expected, so the test flight could take place earlier.

The successful landing can be seen in the video below.
