AMD Ryzen 9000 Series Desktop Processor Release Delayed

AMD Ryzen 9000 Zen 5 Series

The release dates of the new AMD desktop processors based on Zen 5 architecture, which include the Ryzen 9 9950X, 9900X, Ryzen 7 9700X, and Ryzen 5 9600X processors, will be slightly delayed. The reason is…

August 24 was a day of intense communication, according to news we received in the evening There will be a slight delay in the release of the new processors. The Ryzen 9000 series 9700X and 9600X CPUs will go on sale on August 8, while the Ryzen 9 9900X and 9950X will go on sale on August 15. The reason is caution.

In other words, quality control, they saw a problem in a batch or they were not sure about the tests and withdrew the batch and checked everything from the beginning. There is no problem at the moment but they say we wasted time on this and were late. It is better to check from the beginning and delay than to regret it later.

If I have to comment a little, it seems that Intel wanted to play it safe after the failure rate statistics for 13900K and 14900K. I don’t know how they will comment abroad, but we commented positively for Turkey. Because our return processes are not as fast as in the EU and the US. Quality control from the beginning is a more important choice for Turkey than delay.
