AP VoteCast conducted a survey of 110,000 people, in which about a quarter of respondents said yes he saida complete change, and half that they want a substantive change in the politics of the United States. Only one in ten people said that they would be satisfied with a little change, and only a tiny fraction of them wanted no change at all.
Which is number one before the United States challenge in fact, four out of ten named the economy – in 2020, only three out of ten said so – and six out of ten said that the American economy is not in very good or even bad shape. Two in ten consider immigration to be the number one challenge, and one in ten declared abortion to be the biggest problem they need to solve in the United States.
At the same time, half of the respondents said that claimeddemocracy played the main role in going to vote, inflation, abortion, the situation on the US-Mexico border or the assassination of Donald Trump were only secondary considerations. Four out of ten said that they voted because of the high prices, and three out of ten said that they were motivated by freedom of speech.
