The horror comedy Nightbitch, to be seen in December, will have its world premiere in September at the Toronto film festivals.
Searchlight Pictures has released the first official promo images and poster for the horror film Nightbitch starring Amy Adams.
Nightbitch, based on Rachel Yoder’s novel, is about a mother whose life changes dramatically. The housewife is becoming more and more sure that she is really a dog.
The horror comedy Nightbitch is directed by Marielle Heller, also known as an actress, who is also responsible for the script together with writer Yoder.
In addition to Adams, the film also features Scoot McNairy, Mary Holland, Kerry O’Malley, Ella Thomas and Roslyn Gentle.
Nightbitch was originally supposed to be released in the United States on the Hulu service, with which it would probably have been seen here on Disney+.
However, the movie gets a decent theatrical release. Its world premiere will be in September at the Toronto film festivals. In the US, Nightbitch goes into wider distribution on December 6. The Finnish premiere is not yet known.
