On Tuesday morning, Andrea Farkas, who was driving bus 105, noticed an old lady lying on the sidewalk in Márvány Street, surrounded by a group of passers-by. The driver immediately stopped the bus and, getting off, asked if he could help, if an ambulance had already been called to the woman.

As it turned out, the employee of the ambulance service was already on the line, but no one had yet started to resuscitate the unconscious woman. Following the instructions of the emergency dispatcher, the bus driver immediately applied chest compressions, which he handed over to a passer-by when the ambulances arrived to make room for the ambulance by standing further away from the bus.

The resuscitation was successful, the elderly woman was taken to the hospital by the ambulance staff, the BKV reported on Facebook.
